Over the years, NBA fans have seen brothers play with or against each other in league. Most of these players were fortunate enough to make it to the big league. Some examples are the Ball brothers - LaMelo, LiAngelo, and Lonzo Ball; Giannis, Kostas, and Thanasis Antetokounmpo.
Of course, some of the more well-known brothers in the NBA are the Lopez twins - Brook and Robin - who joined the league in 2008. They have a third brother - Alex Lopez - who doesn't play basketball. The twins are the only Lopez brothers playing in the league at the moment.

In 2008, twins Brook and Robin Lopez were drafted into the NBA. Brook Lopez was drafted tenth overall by the New Jersey Nets, while Robin was drafted 15th overall by the Phoenix Suns. It appears that their drafting order was appropriate, considering how their careers panned out.
Brook Lopez, who was drafted five picks earlier before his brother, lived up to being a top-ten pick in the league. He immediately proved his versatility with his balance of offense and defense. During his rookie year, he averaged 13.0 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks per game. He set the tone as a rookie and would prove to be a valuable asset in the following seasons.
Brook got a chance to be invited to the 2013 All-Star Game while he was still playing for the Brooklyn Nets. He averaged 19.4 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks per game that year. Fast forward to 2021, Brook won his first championship with Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks.
Unfortunately, for Robin Lopez, his NBA career hasn't taken the same route as his brother's. During Robin's rookie year with the Phoenix Suns, he averaged only 3.1 points and 2.0 rebounds per game. He definitely improved his game from 2012-2018, but it was nowhere near All-Star level compared to his brother. Robin was only averaging a little over ten points per game during that period.
